he already has one, it needs to be converted so all the assignments, cc's, etc are saved (or am i on crack?)
he's done with training he needs his cvs access to docs, dev account (if he doesn't already have one) op status in #-dev added to -core etc thanks :)
I've already got ops, I'm on -core, and I've got a dev account. The only thing I am missing is +w to the docs.
