What I installed it before I checked it in..

Bah, apparently I installed from a bad make dist run.

Fixed:
It will try to download the bad copy from the mirrors then it goes to a definitive source for a known working distfile. Eventually the mirrors will pick up the good copy, but it is impossible to guarentee when exactly it will hit every public mirror.
