I think there is also something messed up in KDevelop. This line irritates me: kdevelop (subversion part): servURL : kdevsvn+svn://blah/ Btw., which packages is responsible for this KDE-protocol kdesvn+svn ?
KDE 3.5.10 has been masked for removal, this won't be fixed... and with it, <kdevelop-3.9
