Description Jan Dusek 2009-02-18 21:59:16 UTC

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. g-cpan -i IPTables::IPv4
2. sit and wait for it to crash

IMO you need contact/post bug to upstream
Comment 3 mephinet 2009-10-11 15:41:58 UTC
I'd second that: When I run, as a normal user,
$ perl -MCPAN -e "install IPTables::IPv4"
I get the same
libip6tc.c:121: error: 'const struct in6_addr' has no member named 'in6_u'

So this has nothing to do with g-cpan or gentoo. Close with resolution "upstream"?
Comment 4 Robin Johnson archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2010-02-15 03:57:31 UTC
Upstream hasn't touched the package in 6.5 years. It's for 2.4 kernels, not 2.6 ones.
