Ebuild sys-power/sispmctl lacks possibility to enable webserver part on sispmctl. Maybe a use flag would be nice here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge sys-power/sispmctl
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
no possibility to build sys-power/sispmctl with webserver part.

Expected Results:  
possibility to build sys-power/sispmctl with webserver part.

The builtin webserver sucks and is disabled for security reasons.
