The ratio logic has changed in version 0.8.4 of rTorrent (to accomodate for different ratio groups) so the previous method of setting the seeding ratio has changed. Actually, I just took another look at the config file and the one that gets installed by the ebuild has the "schedule" line commented out So this will only be an issue if someone uncomments that line or if they use a config file from a previous version.
