1. app-i18n/scim-pinyin fail to display and then fail to input chinese words beyond GB2312 encoding in rxvt window on zh_CN.GBK locale. But these chars should
be recognized in GBK locale. 

2. app-i18n/scim-pinyin fail to switch charsets on zh_CN.GBK locale or zh_CN.GB2312 locale. The switching works well on zh_CN.UTF-8 locale. I haven't test it on BIG5 locale. 

3. It seemed that the GUI based on GTK-2 or qt was not affected by both bug.
