if you install sandbox-1.3.7 with tests disabled and then emerge it again with tests enabled, does it pass ?
the actual failure being: -touch: cannot touch `/a/b/c/d/e/f/g/no/real/path/so/dont/make/it': No such file or directory +touch: cannot touch `/a/b/c/d/e/f/g/no/real/path/so/dont/make/it': Permission denied

i thought about this and i'm pretty sure it's because we attempt to test the 32bit libsandbox.so, but we're actually running 64bit binaries (/bin/bash). as such, all script/# tests will not actually test the local 32bit sandbox, and so newer script/# tests will trigger the old bugs in the libsandbox in $ROOT. so ive changed the tests so the script/# will not be run for non-native ABIs http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=proj/sandbox.git;a=commitdiff;h=51f791541305d2d69097c1dcdb5d97915fa58d02
