INTRODUCTION:
When installing a more complex program, a lot of other small dependencies are pulled-in. 


REQUEST:
It would be very useful, to have a description of these new packages right at the beginning of their installation, thus not when the list of emerge is displayed. elogviewer could also display this information before any warninngs/errors/etc are displayed.

RATIONALE:
1. In case of a compilation failure, the description can be helpful in finding the problem.
2. Educate users.
