Please add app-emacs/rst-0.4-r1 to prefix tree.
It's for rst-mode, a mode for editing reStructuredText files, of emacs.

An ecopied ebuild just works, except that "ecopy app-emacs/rst" does not copy files/51rst-gentoo.el.
