I would like to request rsync1.sk.gentoo.org (195.95.205.245,
hq.alert.sk) to be removed from DNS rotation.

Due to increased load on the server generated by other hosted services,
we cannot continue to provide the portage mirror anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Thanks for helping Gentoo with a mirror. I've removed you from the rotation and ACL.
