Hi!

There are some missed icons in Digikam GUI (icons with questions currently
presented).

"Caption/Tags", "Metadata" - in right panel on main window
"Metadata", "Image Editor", "Color Management" - in "Conigure" dialog
"Edit" button in "Edit" menu of main window

I've an opened issue on kde.org about that problem - http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=183131, but issue was closed because of distro-specific.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
There are some actions with default icons (just a question symbol).

Expected Results:  
All icons of digikam's actions should have correct pictures.
