I'm adding this mirror to our test system - please make sure the mirror is syncing once every 4 hours as mentioned at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/source_mirrors.xml and the gentoo-portage mirror is syncing 2 times every hour as mentioned in http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/rsync.xml Also, please make sure the email address you've mentioned are valid bugzilla accounts, so in case we file bugs against the mirror, you will be able to receive them. We will keep you posted on the status of testing. In the mean time, could you please post the hardware specs of the server, intended number of concurrent users for each protocol?

gentoo-portage sync seems to be lagging (at least 56 minutes). Have you set it up to sync every 30 minutes as per the docs?

I'm still seeing gentoo-portage lagging. There should not be a problem with the mirror you are using, but perhaps you could try another one?
Could you please get back on the gentoo-portage issue soon?

Hello, There have consistently been issues with this mirror during the time that we have been monitoring it. It is currently lagging by 81 days for rsync, and 94 days for distfiles.
