sdl USE flag, on darwin platforms, needs to be masked, or package.mask for libsdl needs to be reviewed.

If one turns on sdl, for ffmpeg for e.g., libsdl gets drawn in.  This results in the following:

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "media-libs/libsdl" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- media-libs/libsdl-1.2.13-r1 (masked by: package.mask)
/Library/Gentoo/usr/portage/profiles/prefix/darwin/macos/package.mask:

# testing only -- virtual/opengl and eselect opengl are still missing

- media-libs/libsdl-1.2.13 (masked by: package.mask)

masked for now, but I would prefer that it was fixed properly.

libsdl masks were removed, so I removed the sdl USE mask again as well.
