git.overlays ran out of space when I was trying to push a new gentoo-x86.git. The new one can be found at woodpecker:~dberkholz/gentoo-x86.git. Please replace the existing one with this one and set up permissions appropriately.

I think gitweb also needs a file gentoo-x86.git/git-daemon-export-ok and another file gentoo-x86.git/description to describe it in gitweb. They should both be preserved from the existing copy.

This should be done now. 

Note. overlays.gentoo.org is on a really slow pipe. We should move that service to a more robust network.
