Short script to run jsampler.

Fantasia, the frontend of jsampler comes in a jar-archive. I wrote a short script to start it without using java -jar Fantasia-0.8a.jar.
This script needs to be placed in the files-folder.

Since this is the first ebuild I wrote it surely isn't perfect. Feel free to improve it.

Thanks for the submission. Please use java eclasses for Java packages. We,the Java team, have a packaging guide[1] which may help you.
