In fact, app-emacs/autoconf-mode 2.61 and 2.63 are identical. The purpose of marking 2.63 stable is only to keep it in sync with sys-devel/autoconf (the source tarball is shared between both packages).

Arch teams, any objections if we stabilise this ourselves in one go?

Seems not to be the case. Fixed.
