Bug 257665 – new homepage is missing (imho) 2 important links

Hi,
Apologies if I mis-assigned this. But, IMHO, we need two more links on the left hand side.

1) The mirrors list has dissappeared. I think this is important because afaik, some docs say to goto the mirrors list to find a mirror.
2) "Get Involved" should have a "become a dev" link that points to http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=1

Yep, I see Mailing lists twice, and Mirrors List disappeared =)
