konqueror does not "know" the bluetooth:/ protocol, both when typing "bluetooth:/" on the URL entry box in konqueror or clicking on the kbluetooth mini icon.

This is not a bug, user must use kbluetooth package. Which provides all required bluetooth protocol stuff for kde4.

At the time I posted this, kblutooth used konqueror to "manage" files from bluetooth transfers, invoking it with bluetooth:/. It happened whenever one clicked the kbluetooth mini icon. That stopped working. So, that was a bug.
I don't know the current status of kdebluetooth4 however.
