Additional patch to actually build and install kdialogd4

Good patch (though it shouldn't manually patch the Manifest file) but it still doesn't actually build and install kdialogd4. This borrows the kde4 local USE flag from Compiz to enable that.

I've tested it and it works, but I'm not sure how to set up optional dependencies with stuff like need-kde... so it still depends non-optionally on KDE 3.5 and never explicitly depends on KDE 4.

kde4 avare ebuild added to the tree.
Just use qt4 useflag if you want kde4 version and qt3 if you want kde3 version :]
