i had no chance to actually test it. mcabber, also imported, is build with USE=otr but no available otr-supporting people at 4AM in the morning :( Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. import net-libs/libotr with ecopy 2. emerge something with USE=otr 3. would be: find someone with an im-client with OTR-support...
