Can you try to remove the "-O2 -msse3" from your CXXFLAGS and see whether it compiles then? As it seems it is a bug in gcc, not in boost.
I have the same problem with boost-1.37.0. Removing -O2 compiler option helps to compile it successfully on gcc-4.3.3-r2
Hi all, The similar problem with gcc-4.4. Compilation fails with -O2, but without it build successfully. It seems like the package should override the CXXFLAGS.

Maybe we should mark this as resolved. Actually, I'll mark it now.
