Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.echo "app-office/gnucash hbci" >> /etc/portage/package.use
2.emerge gnucash

Actual Results:

I use 1.17 too.

If you have the app-portage/portage-utils installed, does
`qcheck app-misc/ktoblzcheck` report any problem?
Does reinstalling app-misc/ktoblzcheck-1.17 fix your problem?

Thanks for the suggestion. I reinstalled app-misc/ktoblzcheck and it worked. I realised that there was a checksum error for the library causing the issue. Not sure why.

I guess this was a local problem. So closing.

Thanks
