Description Tomas Jedrzejek 2009-01-30 19:28:44 UTC
Ebuild contain [joystick] in .ebuild file but joystick USE flag is not in libsdl, so you can't install it - libsdl contain only nojoystick flag

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =games-sports/xmoto-0.5.0-r1
Actual Results:
#
These are the packages that would be merged, in order:
#

#
Calculating dependencies... done!
#

#
emerge: there are no ebuilds built with USE flags to satisfy "media-libs/libsdl[joystick]".
#
!!! One of the following packages is required to complete your request:
#
- media-libs/libsdl-1.2.13 (Missing IUSE: joystick)
#
- media-libs/libsdl-1.2.11-r2 (Missing IUSE: joystick)
#
(dependency required by "games-sports/xmoto-0.5.0-r1" [ebuild])
#
(dependency required by "=xmoto-0.5.0-r1" [argument])

Expected Results:
All should be installed succefully without any error

Remove [joystick] from .ebuild file and it should works fine

your tree is out of date. libsdl-1.2.13-r1 has that use flag.
