hi, i had the same thing, see: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=175822 the permissions for /usr/share/config are wrong and should be set to 755. JG
Perfect, Thanks JG .. that fixed it. Should i close this bug, or should the ebuild be doing that chmod?
Noticed that the latest kdelibs now has a elog message about the need to do this.. Closing bug.
