When connecting to the torrents page, I get:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /var/www/torrents.gentoo.org/htdocs/index.php on line 470
 Error: can't connect to database - Too many connections

I also get an error from ktorrents when trying to share the livecd that I recently downloaded - the tracker says:

Tracker error: can't connect to database. Contact the webmaster.
