The ebuild howto (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-howto.xml), in the
description of the DEPEND and RDEPEND vars, links to the package dependencies
section, using a NAME (#dependencies) that doesn't exist.  If anything, it
seems like it should be using #doc_chap5.

patch to fix the problem

This patch fixes the said problem.  Someone please review (although I've
already reviewed it, checked the links, and made sure the xml is ok).

It has my Imperial Approval. ;)
