There is an rsync mirror or gentoo-portage available at rsync://oss.redundant.com/gentoo-portage. Update runs every 30 minutes (0 and 30), and date synced with NTP. This is currently being mirrored from rsync://rsync6.us.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage. Please add us to the rsync pool. I have also filled out a request to have our source mirror listed as an official mirror (bug 25610), but I'll mention this again: please add rfinnie@redundant.com to the gentoo-mirrors list rather than my bug email, ryan@finnie.org.
