As the title says, now that there are split gnome-python-packages this shouldn't depend on the metapackage anymore. I've checked and replacing the gnome-python dep with >=dev-python/gconf-python-2.18.0 should be fine. Also the INSTALL file of gwibber states that this is the only used part of gnome-python
