Seeing that the existing alternate install guide provides only 2 methods, antifa
and myself worked on a more complete guide. This guide will serve as a complete
repository of assorted alternative methods for installation, including
Bootloader floppy, netboot install, installation from knoppix, installing
without network access, netboot installs, installation from grub, PXEboot, and
installing from another distribution.
