Stable on alpha.
Comment 4 Mike Gualtieri 2009-01-30 20:11:06 UTC
Stable on x86 for me... I should also add that the current version marked as stable in portage gftp-2.0.18-r6 is definitly not stable. There are apparently memory management problems that cause it to segfault often. The 2.0.18 version should be masked.

There is a thread about it on the forums:
http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-622844.html

and for what reason exactly do you think 2.0.19 has been released and is going stable ? It's not like we (gentoo gnome team) expressedly asked upstream to release the gazillion (ok maybe less) fixes that were in svn unreleased. Please make yourself a favor next time and search at least the ChangeLog and the bugs it links to. If you have anything else to say that is not a bug, please send a mail to gnome at gentoo dot org, no need to annoy arches with more bug spam. Thanks.
