When I run 'emerge halflife-server', it tells me to download 3 files.  One from
fileplanet, and two from ftp.valvesoftware.com.  It tells me to download
hlds_l_311c_update.tar.gz from vavlesoftware, but the file is not there.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Run emerge halflife-server, ftp to ftp.vavlesoftware.com, change to the linux
directory.
Actual Results:  
Only one file and its MD5 is found.

Expected Results:  
Pointed to another site which would have contained hlds_l_3111c_update.tar.gz .
