Ebuild for project-1.4.1

A very basic ebuild.
SRC_URI line has been tweaked (via EAPI 2) because the tarball is not into mirrors. It will probably have to be changed when pushed in portage. It can change EAPI too.

Maybe it will be better to say it's in the CVS now ;)
