Thanks to Jorge Morais, I've found what's wrong. Fltk needs the flag 'xft' enabled in order to compile: after that, it's ok & Dillo 2 compiles too. My line in make.conf starts with '-*', then lists enabled flags, so 'xft' was not included. Something still needs fixing in the ebuild.
