To test:

- echo "[House]" >> .pytvshows.cfg
- mkdir /tmp/tmpdir && pytvshows
- Open .pytvshows.cfg
- Decrement episode number by 1
- pytvshows -o /tmp/tmpdir
- Verify a torrent file is in tmpdir
