Because i installed cedega 7, ich create a simple copy of the cedega 6 ebuild and updated the dependencies, as good as i can. I hope it will help :)

Downloaded the attached ebuild, renamed it to cedega-7.0.1.ebuild (since at least 7.0.1 engine was released) and installed it successfully here.

After launching an UI update to cedega-137.tgz (or likewise) was automatically downloaded and installed. However, -133 is the latest one can download from cedega.com for Gentoo. So I do not exactly know whether it is ok, that -137 was installed on "user level" and not system-wide ...
