Multiple KDE packages fail to emerge due to a dependency problem on aRTs versions 3.5.9 vs 3.5.10

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kde with arts use flag
2. emerge --sync
3. emerge -aDu world

Actual Results:  
!!! Multiple package instances within a single package slot have been pulled
!!! into the dependency graph, resulting in a slot conflict:

kde-base/arts:3.5

  ('installed', '/', 'kde-base/arts-3.5.9', 'nomerge') pulled in by
    ~kde-base/arts-3.5.9 required by ('installed', '/', 'kde-base/kdeaddons-3.5.9', 'nomerge')

Expected Results:  
KDE applications emerge properly

I tried to re-emerge kdeaddons to no avail.

OK, it seems, that completely removing and reinstalling KDE made the problem "disappear". Still waiting for KDE to emerge.

kdeaddons is monolithic, and arts is split, thus the block.
