Just hang ups

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot system :)

Actual Results:  
hangs

known issue with any module that uses ac97_codec (on the
2.4.21 kernel only)

you can use "gentoo nohotplug" till this is resolved

This is also the case with Abit nf7 mobos.

should no longer be a problem with newest kernels
