version bump for app-admin/sysstat to 8.1.8

Lately all sysstat bugs have been assigned to jer@gentoo.org.

Is >=app-admin/sysstat-8.1.1 hard-masked due to bug 212398?

I looked at the sysstat home page and 8.1.8 is listed as a development version as well, so I guess this will remain hard-masked as well.

Let's see what jer thinks about this bump request.

Reassigning to maintainer.

*sysstat-8.1.8 (12 Jan 2009)

  12 Jan 2009; Jeroen Roovers <jer@gentoo.org> +sysstat-8.1.8.ebuild:
  Version bump.

It's package.masked (don't ask me what "hard-masked" actually means) because it's a development version and upstream doesn't regard it as stable, which is explained on the HOMEPAGE quite explicitly. Yet, I am sysstat's package maintainer as metadata.xml would tell you and I will put all development releases in the Portage tree. Also note that this bump request is late - please sync your tree and try it out.
