This alias will contain the team that manages elections:

rane
antarus
fox2mike
jmbsvicetto

It needs to be in special because currently our process for non-devs to vote is to email a gpg-signed ballot to the election officials and we cannot allow any dev to add themselves to the election alias and read other people's votes.

I believe our long term plan for voting for non-devs is via a webapp; but we have not written one yet.
