(I know the 30 day limit for new bumps, but I consider these special as the old ones are useless for current work)

Minor changes, version magic isn't neccessary any more and can build against latest xulrunner (1.9) also.

taxbird-0.12.ebuild

Patch for --as-needed has been applied upstream, no longer neccessary.

portage throws a QA message about executable stack, though as this update is required to keep taxbird usable, I'd suggest to submit it anyway.
