Made an iso of data to burn to dvd-rw, but it was too big to burn so I was going to use endeavour to delete the file, but it didn't display the file. Out of curiosity, I also tested this on another computer with some other sized files. Endeavour displayed a 1900 MB file but did not display a 2100 MB file. The status bar object counts are wrong also, according to endeavour the files aren't there, but the files do exist. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a file larger than 2.1 gigabytes 2. open endeavour2 3. browse to where the file is Actual Results: any files larger than 2.1 gigabytes were not displayed Expected Results: displayed all the files version of endeavour: kalypso yak # emerge -s endeavour Searching... Also if you try to delete a directory containing a file that doesn't display, it pops up a dialog box with title Operation Error, and text 'Unable to get statistics of the object to be deleted'
maybe this should be sent upstream
Reporter, did you send this bug-report to the endeavour-author? This is not a gentoo-bug, but an endeavour-bug.
