Description Rovanion Luckey 2009-01-08 02:38:11 UTC
2. Installing Xorg
Starts out with telling the user that he or she should start emerging xorg and maybe go away from the computer for a couple of hours meanwhile it is compiling.

After the compilation the user are told to make changes in make.conf, that are going to be used in the previously executed compilation.

A slightly misleading documnent that will in cases bring some frustration to the new user if he or she did actually go trough with the compilation not having read the fallowing paragraph. Or more likely, didn't know how to stop it once it was started.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Read the document
Actual Results:
Frustration

Expected Results:
A fully working X.org server
