DESCRIPTION="GNUstep GUI interface designer"

is incorrect.

DESCRIPTION="GNUstep terminal emulator" 

is more appropriate.

Also, could someone create a GNUstep component?

GNUstep bugzilla component, like the GNOME and KDE components.
