sys-apps/portage ebuild uses elog to say:

"For help with using portage please consult the Gentoo Handbook"
"at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/handbook-x86.xml?part=3"

This doesn't strike me as worthy of logging, but rather just information.  It doesn't require my attention.  I propose einfo be used instead.
