After upgrading KDE from 4.1.3 to 4.1.87, the sound has ceased to work if phonon compiled with both 'gstreamer' and 'xine' use flags.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rebuild phonon with 'xine' and 'gstreamer' use flags;
2. Start systemsettings and try to test sound.

this is an upstream problem. Systemsettings doesn't list the available backends and gstreamer doesn't work at all. So for now remove the gstreamer useflag
