Currently the latest fixes release of MythTV in portage is 19046.
But mythtv-fixes is currently in version 19556. ( http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/log/ )
There has been a lot of fixes - including h.264 fixes (Used for some HD channels).
So, I would propose a version bump here.

Personally I'm using a local overlay - and bumped my version to 19556. I haven't had any problems with that.
