The ebuild of sys-fs/mp3fs-0.12 missing the dependency of the library media-libs/libogg


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a system without libogg installed
2. emerge mp3fs

Actual Results:  
emerge fails with this error:

configure: error: You Must install libogg-dev to build mp3fs

If i emerged libogg before mp3fs it worked fine.
