tftp-hpa ebuild does not include support for enabling/disabling ipv6 support in tftpd. The ebuild completes, but it is not possible to successfully execute the binary because it's not possible to disable ipv6 support at runtime.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have an installation built with USE="-ipv6"
2. emerge net-ftp/tftp-hpa

This patch works fine for me. Is there a holdup keeping it from being committed?
