Bug 253359 – Please stabilize dev-util/statcvs dev-util/statsvn and dev-java/jtreemap

They're both in tree for 3 months with no open bugs. You may also generate sample stats. See my blog post[1] for a quick howto.

amd64/x86 stable, all arches done.
